The mobile number serves as the primary account identifier for OTP verification, payment confirmation and identity communications. Players must use a mobile number registered in their own name; using another person's number is prohibited.

Players are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. 10tk will never ask for your password by email, SMS or any other channel. Any loss resulting from unauthorised access — including through sharing credentials or an unsecured device — is the player's own responsibility. All transactions on 10tk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladeshi bank accounts including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Sonali Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though very large single deposits may trigger KYC verification before funds are released for play.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, and only to an account registered in the same name as the 10tk account. Sports betting on 10tk covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football (including Bangladesh Football Federation fixtures, international leagues and FIFA tournaments), kabaddi, hockey and other sports listed in the sportsbook from time to time. All markets are subject to sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section. Where a general platform rule conflicts with a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

Bets are settled at the odds shown at the time of placement. Where a bet is voided — for example due to match abandonment, venue change or a clear pricing error — stakes are returned to the player's balance. 10tk reserves the right to suspend markets, delay settlement or void bets where match integrity concerns are identified or where results are under official appeal. In-play markets are subject to automatic suspension during key events; network latency may affect odds accuracy and 10tk is not liable for bets accepted at incorrect odds caused by delays outside its reasonable control.

All casino games on 10tk — including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, game shows), crash games (Aviator, JetX), and table games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger) — are governed by the rules of each game as set by the relevant game provider including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Where there is a discrepancy between a game interface and 10tk platform rules, the game provider's official rules take precedence.

Nothing in these Terms limits 10tk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 10tk has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) the account is subject to a legal order or law enforcement request; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose 10tk to legal, reputational or financial risk.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 10tk support via the email address published on this site. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Accounts voluntarily closed may be reopened upon request, subject to a review of eligibility and account history.

10tk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
